5 Big Little Things

So since last week I have been feeling really great about myself and I thought I would take this opportunity to hopefully help you by sharing how I am slowly improving my self-confidence.


These are 5 little things you can do that make a big difference:

1. FIND YOUR SOUNDTRACK!

Find a song or songs that make you feel amazing and fill you confidence. Just think if I was in a movie and I was the kickass main character what songs would be on my soundtrack, what song would play as I go through life being awesome.

2. FIND YOUR STYLE!

Find an accessory, top, hairstyle, anything that represents who you are. Wear it with pride, let it scream for you. Wear it like battle armour; let out your war cry and you can conquer the world.

3. FIND YOUR MANTRA!

Find a saying or quote that builds you up and pushes you forward. Say it to yourself whenever you are in doubt. Have a different mantra for different things; you can have 1 or 20, just have as many as you need. Repeat it until you believe it.

4. FIND YOUR TIME!

Find 10 minutes in our day to just stop. A little bit of time to recharge, you can do something you’re passionate about, something that allows your mind to switch off. You don’t have be alone, if you recharge by being with others then go ahead but its okay to want to be alone sometimes.

5. FIND YOUR SPACE!

Find a space in which you feel comfortable and safe, spend time there. It doesn’t have to be room, it can be the beach or in a specific tree, it can be anywhere you feel happy. Spend your time there doing something you love.


These 5 things have really helped me become more confident and happy. I feel like I am finally stepping into who I am and it feels amazing. I hope this helps you love yourself because all of you mean more to more people than you think and you deserve to be the best person you can be.
