We Are Strong!

Hi guys, sorry for the long delay I've been kinda busy and I haven't really known what to write.

Anyway today I wanted to share another self loving exercise that I have used and I am finding it very helpful. It's an activity called "My Strengths" and it's really easy to do, all you have to do is write down everything that you would consider a personal strength. The next step is to give this piece of paper to your family and friends and ask them to add to it and you might just be surprised by how many strengths you never knew you had.

this is my original strengths page (don't worry the words crossed out are repeats)

after all my friends and family had added to the list I decided I wanted to make it more aesthetically pleasing so that it would catch my eye and remind me that I am strong.

It is those same words just colourful and in the shape of a heart as it was created to help me embrace and love every strength of my personality.

If your battling with low self esteem then I highly recommend doing this as it has helped me in my struggle to have better confidence in myself and I a, sure it will help you to.

I hope this has helped or inspired you to trust that no matter what you have strengths and they are amazing!
